BACKGROUND:
Pat became a partner with VISTA in 2014 after spending nearly 30 years in National and Global leadership positions for such companies as the Trane Company/Ingersoll Rand, and Honeywell International. Pat's extensive experience has been in helping customers improve their indoor environment while reducing operating costs. His collaborative approach and knowledge gained from working projects from conception through completion provides unique insight into strategies and solutions that delivered desired long term results. He knows first hand the critical need for long term maintenance strategies to ensure lasting results.
